Sprayberry High School beat Douglas County 3-0 on Friday night. Leading Sprayberry was Jackson Bates with 2 goals, Caleb Pricket with a goal, Kevin Cruz with 2 assists, Parker White with an assist, and Kian Godwin 0.00 GAA, 2 saves. Defensive standouts were Jio Cruz, Kenny Namango, Marco Dominguez and Soren Bednar, who held Douglas County to only 2 shots on goal. Parker White, Kevin Cruz, Ethan Kim and Luis Vielma were brilliant, controlling the middle of the field. Jackson Bates, Petar Stefanov and Pablo Gonzalez kept Douglas County under constant pressure all night. Caleb Prickett (1 goal) and Denis Chernyavskiy played brilliantly off the bench.
